Released

Mist was rising up from the ground,
While the chill in the air increased.
Silence disturbed by an eerie sound,
when the graveyard released the deceased.

Left behind

Left behind.

The story goes: He fled the house. He didn't even looked back.
So filled with horror, he just ran away. His mind went totally black.
And though the rain was pouring down, he didn't went back for his coat.
The fear of the unknown took place in his heart, like ice cold hands 'round his throat.

The years went by and time moved on, but no one claimed the house.
Its threshold was never crossed by a soul. No man. No cat. No mouse.
The fleeing man gouged out his eyes. The rest of his life he was blind.
But inside his mind, he still hears the scream of the wife that he left behind.

Night Calls

Night Calls.

The clouds closed in on the rays from the sun.
Darkness invited what the daylight had shun.
Man became prey to unspeakable things,
ghouls and gargoyles with leathery wings.

The sounds of hell engulfed the earth.
Hands reached out from the unholy dirt.
Tombstones that used to announce the deceased,
now were proclaimers of a horrible feast.

The Call

Dark Forest

Dark forest, what do you hide in the dwindling dayligt?
Swirling mist, what do you hide that aggravates my fright?
Shadow trees, who do you reach for, when the night starts to fall?
The Old Ones awakens and Cthulhu begins to call...
